What is non-attachment (anupāda), why is it important, and how can we develop it in our meditation practice and our daily life? Sayadaw Ottamasara, founding abbot of the Thabarwa Meditation Center in Burma, will lead a day of practice exploring the practical application of non-attachment.

Did you know you can dye your clothes using the plants growing in your own yard? On July 22, local dye master Isabella Scott will teach us how to use natural tinctures to dye cloth, while local Buddhist monk Bhante Suddhāso will teach us how to develop peace and joy through meditation practice.
