Within each of us there is a radiant source of wisdom, innately recognizing that which is true and good. Learning to listen to that inner voice and act accordingly takes practice, however – so here to guide us are Abhaijot, a Kundalini yogini, and Bhante Suddhāso, a Buddhist monk. Through alternating periods of Buddhist meditation and Kundalini yoga, we’ll spend the weekend getting in touch with our own innate wisdom.

OCEAN OF WISDOM

10-Day Retreat: Nov 18th-26th

With that in mind, we will be spending nine days immersing ourselves in the ocean of wisdom imparted to us by the Buddha. In addition to meditating for several hours every day, we’ll also study the first twenty discourses in the Majjhima Nikāya (Middle Length Discourses), as translated by Bhante Suddhāso, and discussing their meaning and applicability.
